This week, we would like to feature our Software Developer, Joan Guino-o.RA Grani

 

Q: Could you tell me a little bit about yourself?

A: My name is Joan Guino-o, I was born and raised in the exquisite City of Davao, Philippines. I graduated with a BS in Computer Science from one of the top schools in Asia, Ateneo de Davao University. I am the eldest child amongst six children, and one of my accomplishments is that I am capable of developing computer software.

 

Q: What brought you to IPitimi?

A:  Our CEO, Greg Nielsen, paved the way for the opportunity of working at IPitimi. I was working at one of the BPOs in Davao City when Greg offered me a challenging and exciting position in his company.

 

Q: What is your role in IPitimi?

A:  I am a PROUD software developer.

 

Q: What is IPitimi’s greatest strength in your opinion?

A: Aside from the advance technology that IPitimi has to offer, a united team is the greatest strength that IPitimi has. Without a cooperative team, a company would not succeed in achieving its goals.

 

Q: Where do you see VOIP/IPitimi going in the next 5-10 years?

A: As technology is rapidly growing and Internet access is expanding, VoIP will be the best method to utilize in telecommunications, and IPitimi will be one of the leading providers.

 

Q: Do you have a favorite work experience?

A: One of my favorite work experiences is that I am able to work with diverse people since we have all types of different nationalities. My best work experience would be during holidays and team buildings because employees tend to get along well and get to know more about each other.

 

Q: I’m going ask some fun questions! What are some of the top things on your bucket list?

A:  The top things on my bucket list are to be able to travel and work at the same time, to be able to have a wonderful family at the right time, to be one of the best software developers, to be able to help the less fortunate people.

 

Q: If you were stuck on an island, what are three things you wish to have?

A:  An unlimited supply of food, water and medicine, the love of my life, and my hairbrush

 

Q: Do you have any hobbies/interests outside of work?

A:  I love to go out with friends, to spend time with loved ones, and to do outdoor activities.
