This week, we would like to feature our Marketing and Customer Experience Manager , Nicole Jenkins.
Q: Could you tell me a little bit about yourself?
A: My name is Nicole Jenkins. I was born and raised just outside of Denver, CO. My high school sweetheart, Jeremy, and I have 3 beautiful children together. I have worked in the VoIP and technology industry since I was 16 years old. While I love the technical side of the industry, I also love to working the marketing side of things as well which is why I am currently in school to earn my bachelor’s degree in marketing. Also, I have a twin sister – her name is Krystyna. We are fraternal twins which means we do not look exactly like each other but that didn’t stop my mom from dressing us exactly alike when we were younger. Q: What brought you to IPitimi?

A: I was previously with SkyStream who merged with IPitimi in April 2016. I am excited to be brought into a team who is so close and have so much fun but still get things done!
Q: What is your role in IPitimi?
A: Customer Experience Manager and I help with the marketing.
Q: What is IPitimi’s greatest strength in your opinion?
A: The greatest IPitimi strength is their team. The team is so diverse and every single person brings their own ideas and knowledge to the table. Each person truly cares about their job & the customer- that’s what makes IPitimi stand out from the competition.
Q: Where do you see VOIP/IPitimi going in the next 5-10 years?
A: IPitimi strives to stay ahead of the latest technology curve which is absolutely necessary in today’s world. I believe VoIP will replace all of the older telephone services and give the ability for reliable phone service for those who do not have it already around the world.
Q: Do you have a favorite work experience?
A: I just love working with people and strive to make everyone smile. My favorite part of work is getting everyone together and having groups to brainstorm, talk with each other and really learn about others ideas and feelings. Q: I’m going ask some fun questions! What are some of the top things on your bucket list?
A: I would like to take my family and travel the world to see places like Chile, Tanzania, Rome, Israel, and Australia. I also want to scuba dive and learn how to surf.
Q: If you were stuck on an island, what are three things you wish to have?
A: My family, a fire-starter and an endless supply of books.
Q: Do you have any hobbies/interests outside of work?
A: I love to bake (I am the resident cookie-maker of the town I live in), I also love to run, read books, go to the lake, camping and spend time with my family in general.
